今年の元旦の朝は、まず瀧宮神社に初詣。

それから24時間営業のセルフ秩父店に向かいました。
店で年を越したスタッフと、元旦出勤のスタッフに挨拶をするためです。

途中、寄居の三叉路で信号待ちをしているときに、年最初の太陽がお目見え。

写真は、帰りに立ち寄ったコンビニから撮ったもの。
澄んだ青空が新しい年を迎えてくれました。

In the morning on the January 1^st, I worshipped at Takinomiya Shrine to begin the new year. Then I headed for Chichibu to give words to the staffs who stayed the New Year’s Eve or came to work on the day at our service station.  When I stopped at the three-way intersection of Yorii on the way, I saw the beautiful rising sun. As for the picture above, I took it at the parking lot of Lawson on the way back.  The brand-new sun went up, being embraced by the clear blue sky.
