　燃料価格激変緩和対策事業が始まったのが、昨年の1月24日。

　当初はガソリンなど燃料のコスト上昇分を1リットルあたり最大5円まで支給するものでした。

　昨年2月24日にはその上限が1リットル25円に引き上げられ、さらに4月28日からは上限35円と、それを超えた分の半額が支援されてきました。

　今年に入り、この35円が毎月2円ずつ下がっていき、5月には上限25円になります。

　４月初め時点の補助が1リットルあたり約8円。

　補助の期限となっている９月までにあと1リットル８円ほど原油が値下がりすれば、スムーズな移行ができるといえます。

Rapid Price Change Easing Measure for fuel prices started on January 24^th last year with the maximum subsidy of 5 yen per litter. The level was raised to 25 yen in the next month, and even to 35 yen in last April.  The government also gave refineries a half of the amount which surpassed the ceiling.

Now, the maximum level has been lowering by 2 yen a month and gets 25 yen in May.  Since the subsidy is about 8 yen/litter at the beginning of April, we hope the crude oil price will decrease 8 more yen/litter by the end of September, when the subsidy of Rapid Price Change Easing Measure will be over.
