　当社は、地域の住民・企業等の方に石油製品を安定的に供給する企業としての社会的責任を果たす立場から、以下に掲げる事項を遵守し、実践していくことを宣言いたします。

　当社は、公正かつ自由な市場競争を尊重し、カルテル・談合、価格調整等の不当な取引制限行為には一切関与しません。また、取引先との関係においても常に誠実であり、社会通念上不適切とされる利益供与や便宜供与などを排除します。

２．社内啓発と社員教育

　当社は、従業員のコンプライアンス意識の定着を図るため、継続的な教育・研修・啓発活動に努めます。

As a company that bears the social responsibility of providing a stable supply of petroleum products to local residents and businesses, we hereby declare that we will observe and put into practice the following principles:

1.Ensuring Fair Transactions

We respect fair and free market competition and will not engage in any improper trade-restrictive practices, including cartels, bid rigging, or price-fixing. In our relationships with business partners, we will always act with integrity and eliminate any provision or acceptance of benefits or favors that are deemed inappropriate by social standards.
